Trump went on a tweet-a-thon on Saturday against one of his fiercest critics Elijah Cummings. He’s a leading black Democrat who represents Maryland’s 7th congressional district, which includes a large swath of Baltimore.
Trump called Rep. Cummings a “brutal bully,” saying that Baltimore is a
“very dangerous and filthy place.”
Trump said in his tweets that Cummings should not be
“shouting and screaming at the great men & women of Border Patrol about conditions at the Southern Border, when actually his Baltimore district is FAR WORSE and more dangerous. His district is considered the Worst in the USA……”
Cummings answered back on Twitter,
“Mr. President, I go home to my district daily. Each morning, I wake up, and I go and fight for my neighbors. It is my constitutional duty to conduct oversight of the Executive Branch. But, it is my moral duty to fight for my constituents.”
Beloved Baltimore artist and filmmaker John Waters came to Cummings defense. In an email to ARTnews, Waters said,
“Give me the rats and roaches of Baltimore any day over the lies and racism of your Washington, Mr Trump. Come on over to that neighborhood and see if you have the nerve to say it in person!”
Why is so much money sent to the Elijah Cummings district when it is considered the worst run and most dangerous anywhere in the United States. No human being would want to live there. Where is all this money going? How much is stolen? Investigate this corrupt mess immediately!

….a look, the facts speak far louder than words! The Democrats always play the Race Card, when in fact they have done so little for our Nation’s great African American people. Now, lowest unemployment in U.S. history, and only getting better. Elijah Cummings has failed badly!

“Better to have a few rats than to be one.”
