Janet Jackson Tweets Out Emotional Tribute Video to Orlando Victims and Their Families

YouTuber and Janet Jackson superfan Lamont Hicks posted a tribute to the victims of the Orlando massacre, set to Janet’s 2015 song “Shoulda Known Better” from the album Unbreakable. Janet later shared the video on Twitter with the message:

“You’ll never be forgotten,”

Grab your handkerchiefs. As Janet sings “Why, why, why?,” photos and names of the victims flash across the screen. The clip is bookended by a Barack Obama speech on gun control. Pretty powerful stuff.
