Julianna Margulies’s Armani Privé dress, can we talk? I like what she’s going for. I like the spirit in which she wore it. I want to like it, I really do. And God bless her for trying, for taking the risk. But, I don’t know. I don’t know. Armani Privé made this dress for Lady Gaga, remember, and I sort of feel like this might have been one of the early sketches that Gaga rejected. And the pearly dew drops are just too DIY for my taste. They look glued on. And the hair. She could have done something more with her hair. So I’m giving her a B minus and moving on to Heidi and Seal. TACKY! MY GOD! It’s Cha Cha DeGregorio and Danny Zuko at the prom! It’s horrible, right? Both of them are just awful! Then there’s Gwyneth. I like the pattern. I like the beads on nude illusion. I just don’t think it should have been chopped in two like that. I love that Gwynth will wear incredibly unflattering things on the red carpet and not give a fuck, but sometimes she should give at least a little fuck and think of us poor bloggers once and a while. Won’t you please think of the bloggers, Gwynnie? Next up is Diana Argron whose jewel-tone gown seems vaguely on-trend, except for the fact that it’s made of the kind of cheap sateen that they used to make dime store Halloween costumes out of. Again, I want to like it, I just don’t know. What’s your verdict on each of these outfits?
