I’m not going to start out, like some of the media has, and qualify this victory by saying, “Whatever you think of Hillary…” that’s shade. No shade here. Everyone can be proud that a woman, THIS woman, Hillary Clinton, will be the first female nominee for a major American political party. 100 years ago, a woman could not even VOTE in the United States. That’s still mind-blowing to me. So, yes, you’ve come a long way baby, WE’VE come a long way. Clinton delivered a history-making speech last night, congratulated Bernie Sanders on a strong, well-run campaign and drew the battle lines with Donald Trump for the general election.
“Bridges are better than walls.”
Unless you prefer Donald Trump (why are you reading The Wow Report?) this should be exciting news! If you’re a Bernie supporter, I get it. It felt crappy for a few days 8 years ago, but this election is too important to not vote. Get involved. Join, if you’re inspired. Go here to find out more.
