While we were looking into Paris Hilton’s foray into the video game market, we discovered this gem. It seems that AGFRAG has announced that turning the unbelievably kindly painting instructor Bob Ross’s wildly popular The Joy of Painting TV show into a video game is at last a reality. The yet-to-be-named game on Nintendo Revolution, with its gyroscopic remote-controller, will allow players to feel as if they were using a real paintbrush. Also in the works from Nintendo is a Bob Ross touch-screen game. The games should be as popular as Ross’s show has been for over 20 years (Ross died in 1995, but lives on in syndication). If not, well, the gamemakers might remember Ross’s mantra: “We don’t make mistakes here, we just have happy accidents.”
