Everybody knows that Travolta got rich enough to buy his airplanes and pay the Scientology entrance fee just from the whopping royalties he receives from the soundtrack albums to Saturday Night Fever and Grease. Now Travolta’s Grease costar, Olivia Newton-John, is crying “You’re the one MILLION I want – oh, oh, oh!” to Universal Music Group Inc, claiming she’s owed at least that much in back royalties herself. At 58, she could put the money into her retirement fund. Or use it in the search for her missing husband. Her lawyer has said his client received an unspecified amount of money from the album already, but other contractual payments have yet to be made. Universal has countered with a terse, “The lawsuit is without merit and, at the appropriate time, we expect that the court will dismiss it.” (People)
