During an appearance on Ellen, LOL-worthy Leslie Jones – along with the she-larious star-studded cast of Ghostbusters (fellow SNL girlfriend Kate McKinnon, the incomparable Kristen Wiig, and the OMG-Gilmore-Girls-reunion, Melissa McCarthy) revealed that before SNL, she was a Scientology telemarketer.

“They kind of still don’t know I’m not a Scientologist,” said Jones as the other ladies laughed on the couch next to her. “Thanks for blowing my cover Ellen.”

The Saturday Night Live comedian said she took the job because she needed to pay rent and it was a “very easy interview” because all she had to do was “act crazy.”
