High five to the new mommy, daddy, and billionaire baby!
TMZ is reporting that Formula 1 racing billionaire Bernie Ecclestone, 89, is a father again — 65 years after he fathered his first child.
His wife, Fabiana Flosi, 44, has given birth, the couple announced.
“We have a son named Ace. I am so proud,” Bernie told the Swiss-German news outlet, Blick.
Fabiana reportedly announced the baby was born Wednesday afternoon at a hospital in Switzerland … and insists the birthing process was a breeze.
“It was all so easy. The birth was over after 25 minutes. Thank god!
Bernie is already father to daughters Deborah, 65 (!!), Tamara, 35, and Petra, 31 – and grandfather to five).
Bernie and Fabiana have been married since 2012, three years after he divorced Croatian model Slavica Radic.
Apparently, they knew each other professionally for a few years before a mutual friend invited Ms Flosi on a cruise around Croatia with Mr Ecclestone in 2009. Which is how you do it, I suppose.
‘Like all parents, we have only one wish: the child must be born healthy,’ Ms Flosi said.
Mr Eccleston added: ‘After my Formula 1 time, we’ve had plenty of time to practice!’
He went on to speak about the current coronavirus pandemic, and said he ‘just wants everything to be good with Fabiana’ should the isolation go on longer.
Bernie celebrates his 90th birthday in October.
