
You may have heard over the years about a certain actress’ behavior on and off the set. She was recently fired from a Broadway production for living up to her bad reputation.
The legendary Bette Davis had worked with hundreds of actors in her career, some difficult, no doubt. (Hello!? Joan!) Who was THE most dreaded? Johnny Carson asks her on The Tonight Show in 1988 and without hesitation she says,
“Faye Dunaway… everybody you can put into this chair will tell you exactly the same thing…”
Carson wonders,
“What is it about Miss Dunaway…?”
Davis says,
“Well, she’s just TOTALLY IMPOSSIBLE. I don’t think we have time to go into all of the reasons…”
