Making her first appearance as Princess Diana in a new still just released from the upcoming film, Spencer, it IS Kristin Stewart.

Titled after Lady Di’s maiden name, Spencer will follow Diana over the course of her holiday weekend at the royal family’s Sandringham estate, when she decides to end her marriage with Prince Charles.

The film is slated for release in 2022, the 25th anniversary of the Princess Diana’s death.
