Silver Lake Film Festival kicked off Thursday night with Parker Posey receiving a Career Achievement in Independent Film Award, followed by the West Coast premiere of the Hal Hartley film in which she stars, Fay Grim. I skipped out extra early to head over to the gala opening-night party at Echoplex, featuring the Circle Jerks with a Music Visionary Award going to lead singer Keith Morris. I also snapped up some hottie pics as we are continually looking for that next fresh-face pixie, as well as snapping the always popular “who’s who.”
