A property owned by Christina Ricci, the Samuel-Novarro House in the tony Oaks section of Los Feliz, is on the market for $3.1 million. The house was built in 1928 by architect Lloyd Wright for Louis Samuel, who sold it to silent film star Ramon Novarro. Ricci has owned the house since last June; before that it had been owned by Diane Keaton, who refurbished and updated it in the ’90s. Designated an LA historic-cultural monument, the house has three-and-a-half bedrooms in 2,690 square feet on three levels, with most rooms opening onto outdoor spaces. “There is something incredibly magical about the feel of the house and its grounds,” said Ricci, who’s selling it nevertheless.
