Escape Room LA, which I’ve written about before on this very blog, has a brand new room that Thairin and I recently had the chance to experience The Theatre, and it was a hoot and a half!
From the press release for Escape Room LA’s newest adventure, The Theatre:
Participants in The Theatre find themselves trapped backstage in a theatre where they are not the only captives. Participants will need to find a series of unusual objects in the haunted theatre to perform the spell that will release themselves and the ghost that resides there. In this spooky, not scary adventure, participants will be able to use the theatre setting to solve puzzles using lights, ropes, sounds and props. Numerous surprises wait to surprise those who are familiar with Escape LA’s other adventures as well as those who are brand new to escape rooms.
The Theatre joins Escape Room LA’s other two adventures The Detective (read more about that one here) and The Cavern. Both are very fun, especially if you have a big group of friends, but don’t worry if it’s just you and a friend or even just you by yourself, you’ll meet new friends and play the game with them! And remember, this isn’t SCARY! It may be a little spooky, like a children’s ghost story, but you won’t run out of the room terrified. I promise!
