The Ebersole Hughes Company is a unique collaboration from the husband and husband team P. David Ebersole and Todd Hughes, each an accomplished writer, director and producer.
House of Cardin was the fifth documentary for the award-winning team who are known for their colorful approach to their subjects –Cher‘s Mom to Courtney Love‘s drummer to people obsessed with The Shining to Jayne Mansfield’s satanic episode, they all entertain, inform and delight.
Their latest, My Name is Lopez is about singer Trinidad Lopez III, born in Dallas of undocumented Mexican immigrants, who fought his way out of the ghetto with a guitar to become a true American rock and roll legend, one of the first Latino rock stars.
