BJ Hickman, the Michael Jackson fan who Court TV’s Diane Dimond filed a restraining order against yesterday, plans to release this statement later today:
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Yesterday, Diane Dimond lodged allegations against me in a restraining order, stating that I threatened and physically harmed her. These charges against me are totally false and without merit.
Once again, Diane Dimond has falsely reported facts, as she has made habit during the entire Michael Jackson trial. I have never threatened or physically harmed her. This is yet another effort by Diane Dimond to show Michael’s true supporters in a false light. But, like Michael Jackson, I believe the truth will prevail.
I would like to thank the people who believe in me and those who continue to fight for the 1st Amendment right to free speech.
Dimond has a lawyer; Hickman got a lawyer. Hickman may see the inside of a courtroom after all. Hopefully not. But the WOW cameras will cover the continuing drama for its Camp Michael Jackson documentary.
