Rachel Maddow spent the majority of her show taking the Obama administration to task on the repeal of Don’t Ask Don’t Tell. Sadly the careers of hundreds of qualified (and expensively trained) soldiers continue to be ruined and gay military personnel continue be kicked out of service despite the promises of a kinder more humane policy until DADT is fully repealed. Maddow makes clear that it is not only a lack of political courage from the Obama administration that allows these despicable discharges to continue, but a lack of leadership as well.
