Police in Las Vegas arrested an “alt-right” vlogger who vowed on YouTube video to murder “gays, faggots, lesbians and satanists”. Bryce Cuellar claimed to be a Christian warrior who was getting ready to kill soon. KTNV-TV reported that police believe they stopped the man (nut) before he could potentially commit a mass shooting.
This apparently was not just another loon with a webcam, as police say over the past three years his videos have grown more radical and aggressive. He had over 160,000 subscribers to his channel and his radical videos have been viewed a combined 73 million times.
YouTube has taken down the video containing the threats even before detectives were notified by Interpol, back in July. In the clip, Cuellar is wearing a military flak jacket and brandishing two rifles as well as night vision goggles. He says he is tired of the government trying to take away his First and Second Amendment rights. According to a police report on the video, Cuellar says that,
“he cannot wait to use his rifle in the manner in which the founding fathers intended.”
From a look at his Facebook account, it seems he was ready to do just that.
