It’s been 84 years since we’ve been in lockdown and some you are bouncing off the walls… while others can’t lift the channel changer. We’re all responding differently to the massive life change we’re experiencing. BUT… life goes on. We need to keep moving. And we need to keep that heart rate up if we’re going to make it through.
We need to exercise.
Below: Two options, depending on your energy level and nostalgic tastes.
The first: Cher‘s “Hot Dance” video from 1995. She’s wearing a scrumptious see-through beaded catsuit and massive curly wig (as you do), and dancing up a storm with a high-impact aerobicize routine.
Then there’s Angela, bless her heart, whose fan base is decidedly less bouncy than Cher’s, so she opts for a more gentle approach. Lots of long stretches and subtle wiggles and slooooooow leg lifts. Perfect for a warm spring afternoon indoors.
So: Cher or Angela. Both will get you up and going. You decide. Me? I’m DEFINITELY an Angela today… (and every day?)
