Cher & Boyfriend AE Edwards Pose & Smooch on Versace Red Carpet

Alexander “AE” Edwards may be half Cher’s age, but she is definitely keeping up! The couple made their red carpet debut dressed head to toe in Versace at the fashion house’s Fall 2023 show.

TMZ caught Edwards out and about last week, and he was all smiles but not too forthcoming in the ambush interview.

Edwards sparked engagement rumors after Cher flashed a gorgeous ring estimated to be worth $250,000.

Designer Donatella Versace took a chance on moving the show from Milan for the first time to Los Angeles in the run-up to the Oscars. Probably a great way to have more celebrities on hand!

Versace explained her reasoning to Bazaar:

I’m always nervous. But at fashion week, everybody else shows, so you are one of them. There, [in LA], it’s going to be only me. All the attention– if people pay attention – is on this show. I feel I cannot fail. I have to do this perfect. I like to push myself to try different things. And this is a totally different thing.”
