CBS has announced that We Will Always Love You: A Grammy Tribute to Whitney Houston, an hourlong special on the Life and Times of Nippy, will air just in time for sweeps on November 16. The program will feature an overview of Houston’s career, including never-before-seen concert footage and celebrity testimonials on the late diva’s impact. Love You will also include performances from the likes of Jennifer Hudson, Celine Dion, and Usher (I hope he sings something like “All The Man That I Need”.) I’m excited for this, but I hope CBS decides to synergize with LOGO and invite some of the All Star Drag Race queens to pitch in.
