I didn’t see The Woman in Black. In fact, I don’t know anyone who did. But apparently it did well enough to warrant a sequel. MSN Movies says, and I quote: “The Woman In Black, which was directed by James Watkins, was the highest grossing British horror film of the past 20 years, making more than 130 US dollars worldwide.” 130 US dollars? As much as that? Well, you can see why they’re clamoring to get the sequel made. It’s a gold mine! Apparently, the new movie will continue the story four decades later, when the sudden arrival of a group of evacuated children at Eel Marsh House, after it was seized by the government during World War II, awakens its darkest inhabitant. Blah blah blah. But I’ll see it for Jeremy.
