Bravo announced today that Million Dollar Listing will be coming to a city at the heart of international luxury real estate: San Francisco! Why San Francisco? Well to start, the SF Bay Area luxury home market is unlike any other in the world, coupling distinctly modern skyscrapers and townhouses perched atop jaw-dropping hills. Ca-ching! The city’s luxury home market has exploded from pre-recession sales (741 sales last year vs. 425 in 2007, up 75%) and recently San Francisco was ranked the #5 most expensive housing market in America. Also, 4 out of the top 10 most expensive zip codes are located in the SF Bay Area. It’s no wonder that this city has realtors flocking and producers calling. San Francisco will make for a fascinating addition to the diverse group of cities already in the MDL mix.

Ortiz, Josh Flagg, Josh Altman, Samantha DeBianchi, and Chris Leavitt. Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles premiered on Bravo in 2006, and since then has spawned two successful spinoffs: Million Dollar Listing New York and Million Dollar Listing Miami. Over the last 8 years of filming, a staggering $740+ million in transactions have been covered with over 370 properties featured across all series. Million Dollar Listing will now reign in 4 out of the 5 top luxury real estate markets in America.
