BOW DOWN. Beyoncé just dropped a brand-new single, music video, and apparel collection(!) for her new song “Formation” and pretty much set everyone’s souls on fire at exactly the same moment in time. In true King Bey fashion, the video is full of Black Girl Magic, as well as Big Freedia, New Orleans, afros, Black Lives Matter, Red Lobster, Blue Ivy, Gucci leotards, braids, furs, drowning a police car, and like, the most flawless unapologetic southern black girl slayage EVER.
(By the way, Big Freedia proclaiming: “I did not come to play with you hoes. I came to SLAY, bitch.” is everything I’ll ever need to hear in my life ever from now on.)
