The producers of the documentary Playing for Change: Peace Through Music started with a base track from street musician Roger Ridley in Santa Monica, California, then took their microphones and laptop around the world and added more musicians and singers to the mix and came up with this stirring international mashup of Ben E King’s “Stand by Me.” Awesome.
