Since filing for divorce from musician Deryck Whibley this month – and maybe even earlier – Avril Lavigne has been seen around town with the handsome oily oil heir Brandon Davis. Now they’ve been spotted house-hunting together. A source told In Touch – and we’re paraphrasing here – that since Lavign is selling the house where she lived with Whibley and Davis never really had a home to speak of, they both needed a place to live so it made sense for them to move in together even though the two have no idea where the relationship stands this early on and Brandon has never lived with a woman before, which – and this is us talking now – is an interesting tidbit for the rumormongers to start mongering.
