Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez had pointed questions for several people testifying about an alleged coverup of extraterrestrial evidence. Her questions focused on how the aerospace industry is not keeping elected officials apprised of how they report use of government funding.
In one of the more eye-opening moments from the hearings, former U.S. Navy pilot Ryan Graves described a football field-sized red cube that was allegedly spotted floating above Vandenberg Air Force Base in California.
The wild testimony even led to questions at the White House today, handled by US National Security Council official Jim Kirby:

Republicans called a hearing on Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAPs), more commonly known as UFOs. We made use of the hearing to expose how the Department of Defense and its contractors avoid requirements to notify Congress. Transparency at the Department of Defense is essential both to avoid the misuse of funds and to instill public confidence so that conspiracy theories and disinformation are less likely to spread.
