That Westside house Frankie Muniz bought on a whim a few weeks ago then put up for sale a week later, has been sold for $3,995,000, just short of his $4.6 million asking price. Another house the 19-year-old actor owns, an estate in the Tuscan style that includes a guesthouse, pool, spa, etc, is listed at a tad under six million. “I hope to sell it very soon and make him the one-house man he hopes to be,” Muniz’s 21-year-old real estate agent told the LA Times, as if the two were playing Monopoly. That one house would be the one (at right) he just closed escrow on, the modern three-bedroom, 3,000 square foot place with theater, boulder garden, pool, spa, and, um, fire pit in the Hollywood Hills. No mention of a garage for his fleet of cars. But then the house was only $3.9 million. That fire pit should get Muniz prepped for similar pits in hell.
