Prince Charles had two singers at the top of his list to perform after his coronation: Adele and Ed Sheeran.
It seems the King will be disappointed because, according to OK, both have declined the invitation to perform.
Adele apparently,
turned down the invitation without explanation.”
(Not only does she not have a scheduling conflict for May 7, but she is not scheduled to perform publicly after March 25.)
Sheeran has a good excuse, at least. Apparently he is performing in Texas the day before the Coronation concert, making it difficult to get there in time.
An inside source says,
There is a team set up to get the talent signed up, so they approached the two of them, but got replies saying that they were unavailable, which was a massive disappointment.
They are titans of the showbiz industry and are quintessentially British, but also known across the globe. It’s such a shame.”

OK also reports that Lionel Richie and The Spice Girls are likely to be there, and rumors are also swirling that Harry Styles might also be performing.
And speaking of a Harry who may or may not be coming —multiple outlets report that there is still no RSVP from Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. The Daily Mail reports that the couple are still undecided. Before committing, Harry wants a meeting with his father and Prince William.
RSVPs are due by the beginning of April, so the couple has about six weeks to make up their minds.

According to the BBC, a ballot has opened for 10,000 free tickets for the (potentially) star-studded concert at Windsor Castle.
The televised show will be on May 7, the day after he is crowned at Westminster Abbey.
There are 5,000 pairs of tickets in the ballot, which opened at 07 GMT on Friday and will close on February 28.
