If you saw last year’s novelty film, Paranormal Activity, and felt a creeping disquiet watching that digital clock in the bottom corner of the screen endlessly reminding you just how much time was passing with nothing happening for your $12 and then felt the hair stand up on the nape of your neck only when there was enough light for you to see how egregiously tacky the couple’s taste in home furnishing was, then it’s probably safe to say the sequel to that movie will not be to your liking.
