Jessica Brown, the woman whose hair has been Gorilla Glued for more than a month, is finally unstuck!
A procedure to rid her scalp of the cement-like glue was accomplished in under four hours, according to TMZ. LA’s Dr. Michael Obeng did it for free, after first experimenting on a dummy head so he knew it would work.
Tessica was under a light anesthesia during the procedure, you’ve gotta see her reaction as she came out of it, and immediately reached for her hair. She got pretty choked up once she realized she could once again run her fingers through it.
We asked if she’s done with home styling after the Gorilla Glue nightmare, and let’s just say she’s got big plans for this weekend.
In her original TikTok, which has been viewed nearly 20 million times, Brown explained that she had used the Gorilla Glue product to finish her ponytail after running out of her usual hairspray. The result, and the trauma it has caused her, has transfixed the internet. Thankfully, it’s over.
A rep for Gorilla Glue says, “We are glad that Miss Brown was able to be treated and we hope that she is doing well.”
And she has no plans to sue Gorilla Glue…
Despite recent reports, Tessica Brown is not suing the Gorilla Glue company.https://t.co/QDcHR5TxFf— REVOLT TV (@revolttv) February 10, 2021
So happy this turned out OK. It could have really gone (even more) wrong.
