Film cinematographer Seamus McGarvey recently revealed that for the movie 50 Shades of Grey, Dakota Johnson wore a merkin in many scenes, and had  pubic hair edited into the scene for others.

“She had kind of a patch that went over her pubic area, and right round her whole body.” Seamus said.

“We were in the curious situation, in post-production, of adding pubic hair,” he said. “I wouldn’t say it was one of the highlights of my career, but it certainly was one of the most surreal scenarios.”

Dakota Johnson had also opened up about her ‘heinous sex sex scenes’ with Dornan and has revealed that being Anastasia Steele was also a surreal experience for her. “Even now there are moments when I think, ‘What the f*** have I done?” the actress said.

Dakota has also revealed that she has no problem when it comes to exposing her body and sex scenes.

“It’s true that I’m not ashamed of my body. I’m comfortable and I think more women should be more confident. I think nudity and sexual scenes in movies are beautiful when they’re tastefully done,” she said.
