2015 gave us a lot of things: Saint West, a new sense of Purpose in Justin Beiber, and Lady Gaga and Matt Bomer having loads of bloody sex on primetime TV.
It also brought us a multitude of internet slang terms that I hope we bury in the new year.
Here are my Top 5 Internet Slang terms that need to go away in 2016…
5) ON FLEEK
Please, please, go away and never come back.
4) TFW
I STILL have no clue what this stands for and I seriously don’t care.
3) YAS
No.
2) NETFLIX AND CHILL
I don’t want Netflix to EVER go away, but I’m more than OK with “Chill” being nailed in the coffin.
a) I’m not a chill person…
and b) I don’t want to date someone who is “just chill” either.
1) SQUAD GOALS
Probably the most annoying thing to come out of 2015 was #SquadGoals. The only acceptable #squadgoal is this one:
Why would you need squad goals when you are already hanging out with your friends?
*Honorable Mention* AF
Just spell it out, please.
