The administrators of Prince‘s estate have promised they won’t sell his beloved Paisley Park but they’re ready to sell the late icon’s multi-million-dollar villa in the Caribbean. According to an order signed by probate Judge Kevin Eide this week in Carver County, Minn.,the Turks and Caicos villa is one of seven properties the estate administrator, Bremer Trust, is planning to offer this month.
This retreat on the island of Providenciales unmistakably belongs to Prince —it has a purple driveway. Beyond the grand entrance foyer is a hexagonal great room with views of the Atlantic Ocean. There’s also a dining room, a roomy kitchen, a spacious master suite, with a total of 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms over 10,000 square feet. Designed for indoor-outdoor living, the main public areas are connected to a terrace with space for dining and more relaxing. The oceanfront house has a 200-foot-long boat dock, and a two-story guesthouse. Price: $12 million
