There are actually quite a few reasons I adore the 22-year-old Jennifer Lawrence. For starters, she may be 22 but she is an old soul. I like old souls. There is also this: she’s the February cover girl/story for Vanity Fair (shot by the amazing, legendary Ellen Von Unwerth) and what is so amazing about this girl is her candidness. You wouldn’t expect a gorgeous, talented, young starlet to be so honest and upfront about her industry and life, but she is. In the mag she goes on to explain how in this world with Doctors and Firefighters saving lives, acting is “stupid”. She is most certainly not cocky, but rather, realistic. In this business? It’s totally refreshing and welcomed. Love her even more than I already did now. (via VF.com)
