On a lovely Saturday in a small town of Mazan, in the South of France, the gorgeous Keira Knightley married handsome James Righton, singer and keyboardist of the London rave band the Klaxons. For the low-key, unpretentious nuptials, she wore a daisy-chain garland in her hair and her tulle dress was a recycled pink Chanel haute couture design that she had worn in 2009 for a pre-BAFTA party. She made it fit for a wedding with matching ballet shoes and a cropped Chanel jacket designed specifically for her by Chanel’s creative director Karl Lagerfeld. (OK, so maybe a bit pretentious.) ”We’re not really big-wedding types,” said Knightley, who got engaged to Righton in May of last year. Eleven guests were in attendance at the wedding, including the bride’s mother and Righton’s bandmates, who played at the two after-parties, the evening party taking place at the Mazan vineyard Knightley has owned for three years.

Mama June from Here Comes Honey Boo Boo tied the knot with her Sugar Bear yesterday, all while the cameras were rolling, natch. They decided on wearing a matching camo/hunting print as they took their journey down the aisle, and by aisle I mean their front yard. Alana was quite demure for the occasion, don’t ya think? In this day and age of docu-soap TV, we are inundated with flipping tables, boo-boo-liscious hype, and crocodile hunters. And yet, I find myself blessed to be at the helm of a show that delivers on so many levels. After wrapping 10 Kids 2 Dads, I started working with Mario Lopez & Courtney Mazza on their wedding special, airing tomorrow night on TLC. For several months we traveled to cake tastings, floral visits, boxing rings, bachelor parties, and several family events in between. It’s not easy to keep it real and genuine when you have cameras pointed in your face but, as you will see tomorrow, this couple did just that – with a lot of fun mixed in. To the crew that help us get through this ever challenging schedule, the editors, and the story folks, I thank you. And to Mario, Mazza and your entire family, thank you for your patience… I couldn’t be more proud of the show and am happy to have shared this journey with you. Besos… Tune in tomorrow, Saturday TLC- 8pm. (Photo: Kevin Weinstein)
From People: “Wainwright, 39, and Weisbrodt, the German-born artistic director of the Luminato Festival, wore custom Viktor & Rolf Monsieur and were married by a longtime friend, the artist Justin Vivian Bond. The Salome Chamber Orchestra and David Aron Carpenter played during the ceremony and Rufus’s sister, singer-songwriter Martha Wainwright, also performed. Other notable attendees included Alan Cumming, Julianne Moore, Yoko Ono and Sean Lennon, artist Marina Abramovic, Antony Hegarty (of Antony and the Johnsons), Ingrid Sischy, Viktor Horsting and Rolf Snoeren, Lou Reed and Laurie Anderson, Carrie Fisher, Mark Ronson and Natasha Lyonne. The happy couple ate lobster rolls, local corn, steamers and clams, toasted with Nicolas Feuillatte champagne, and danced into the wee hours to tunes spun by deejay team AndrewAndrew – as well as Mark Ronson. Wainwright and Weisbrodt got engaged in 2010 and have an 18-month-old daughter, Viva Katherine Wainwright Cohen, in a parenting partnership with Leonard Cohen’s daughter, Lorca Cohen.”
