On Saturday night RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 4 winner Sharon Needles wowed the crowd at Rasputin in West Hollywood with her peformance of “This Club is a Haunted House,” her first single from her new album PG-13. The show included crowd surfing, wig-pulling, and more. A “Daily Freak Show” episode of James St. James visiting Sharon at her hotel room before the show for a private album listening party is coming soon, subscribe on YouTube. I met Katy Perry at Rasputin Saturday night. She couldn’t have been more delightful. She’s BEYOOOTIFUL in person, about six feet tall with legs up to her bosoms. And charisma – WOW! I lovelovelove her, although you’d never know it from this picture. I don’t look too thrilled to be there. In fact, it looks like I’m about to throw up. I had a few drinks, you know. And that’s Bobby Webster (with his new nose) to the right, it was his birthday. Fabulous night all around.

How ODD: Tomorrow Night’s Party at Rasputin

I’m BEYOND excited about the big ODD fashion launch at Rasputin tomorrow night. Not only is New York nightlife legend Sophia LaMar going to be there as Imperial guest hostess, but – SQUEEEEEEAL – Rick Genest aka Zombie Boy is coming! I’m doing a Daily Freak Show, of course, but what should I ask? Can I see his rectal tattoos? I should also ask ODD-balls Bobby Webster and Judson Harmon just exactly what ODD is. All I could glean from their press release is that it’s “edgy, conceptual, fashion-forward design and thinking at a range of price points,” which makes me think that I WANT IT, but what could IT be? I guess I’ll have to wait until the fashion show, I suppose. See you there, it’s going to be FAGULOUS!
