The yearly issue of OUT magazine, which spotlights the year’s most entertaining, heroic, and intriguing LGBT and LGBT-related figures, hits the stands today. On the cover: Lee Daniels (Artist of the Year), Jim Parsons (Entertainer of the Year), Wentworth Miller (Newsmaker of the Year) (slow news year, I guess), and the glorious Edie Windsor (Lifetime Achievement).

OUT magazine is sloooooowly rolling out its annual list of the OUT100, unveiling new portraits every day of the influential and inspirational LGBT types who are being honored this year. According to the press release: “Actors, artist, and athletes named to this year OUT100 list include Oscar-nominated acting legend Sir Ian McKellen, Scandal star Guillermo Diaz, out soccer sensation Robbie Rogers, WNBA basketball star Brittney Griner, and the team responsible for the hit ABC Family drama The Fosters, including Peter Paige, Greg Gugliotta, Bradley Bredeweg, and Joanna Johnson.” I’m assuming I made the list this year, of course, and they didn’t tell me because they wanted it to be a surprise. And they must have used a stock photo of me because they KNOW I’m too busy to come in for a photo shoot. They’re so considerate that way. So…. YAY OUT! Can’t wait for TOMORROW (*wink*). “I would probably list myself as mostly straight. Maybe I could say right now I’m 100% straight, but who knows? In a fucking year, I could meet a guy and be like, Whoa, I’m attracted to this person.” – Catching Fire‘s Josh Hutcherson to OUT magazine
It’s true, I swear. The Jonas Brothers like the gays and they are cool with people thinking they’re gay. The Jo Bros told Out Magazine, “we have a lot of gay friends and gay fans. It’s a boy band stereotype; people assume, but we don’t take offense.” If you wanna see more of the brothers, head here.
