These pics are from an incident that occurred two Decembers ago. According to TMZ, paparazzo Delbert Shaw sued the couple this morning in L.A. County Superior Court claiming Brian Austin Green and his wife Megan Fox made verbal threats against him on the beach in front of the Four Seasons Resort in Hualalai, Hawaii. From MFox: “Unfortunately, the incident didn’t stop there. It got even worse after Fox asked her husband: ‘Are you going to let him get away with that?’ Show claims that Brian Austin Green wanted to defend his wife’s honor and to prove that he was a real man by hauling off and pummeling him, causing severe injuries. Show says that Green threw his iPhone into the sea. It looks like Fox was encouraging her husband during the incident. Delbert Shaw is suing for unspecified damages.” Whatever.
