James St. James and Thairin Smothers went to Phoenix, Arizona, for Bloodfest 2011 and had a weekend of adventure that took them from a country/western gay stripper bar Charlie’s to drag club Cruisin’ On 7th, where it turned out that the emcee, Mia Inez Adams, knew James from his New York City days, and then finally the main event: Bloodfest 2011, which was bigger, better, and bloodier than ever. Joining James were Bloodfest founder DJ Matt Dunn, Boom Boom, Superstar DJ Keoki, Wildchild, Gia Wehus, hula-hoop dancer Jennifer Harmony Turay, and a party crew of fun Phoenix kids who helped make it an unforgettable weekend.
