I am beside myself. Maybe I was the last one still watching the new 90210 on the CW, but I loved it, especially Naomi Clark. The sad news came yesterday that it was cancelled after five seasons due to low ratings. That leaves a gap in my DVR (that’s what she said) but James St. James wanted me to get on The Following so I guess that is what will take its place. Thanks for the laughs, kids, I will miss you all. #RIP90210 (Photo: Pacific Coast News)

AnnaLynne McCord arrived on the 90210 set in Los Angeles wearing what she’d wear to the grocery store (and looked pretty darn good), then wardrobe put her in this voluminous black-and-white evening gown for a ball scene (and she looked effing sensational). Should we be watching this show? We’re not going to. (Photos: Pacific Coast News)
What is Excision and why are we just hearing about it now? IMDB says: “A disturbed and delusional high school student with aspirations of a career in medicine goes to extremes to earn the approval of her controlling mother.” Now please note that the delusional girl is played AnnaLynne McCord, her mother is Traci Lords, and that the movie also stars Matthew Gray Gubler, John Waters, Jeremy Sumpter, MARLEE MATLIN (for God’s sake), Ariel Winter, and Malcolm McDowell. Factor in that fabulous blood-stained Cinderella gown and the creepy clown makeup and I think we have all the makings of a camp classic FOR THE AGES. Opening October 12.
I happen to absolutely love 90210, though I very well may be the last human watching it. Annalynne McCord, who plays Naomi, tweeted a picture of herself completely makeup-free and blemish-filled. She did it because she said she was “sick of Hollywood’s perfection requirement.” One thing is for sure, in this city that takes balls… or an upcoming Proactiv endorsement deal. And the word is they pay super well.
httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pSGA-rxkKQE Last night James St. James met up with the legendary Traci Lords at the “Simon Says” party at Smoke & Mirrors in The Standard hotel. James and Traci talked about her new hit dance single “Last Drag” and her upcoming film Excision, which co-stars 90210‘s AnnaLynne McCord and premiered at Sundance this year, as well as her enjoyment of being a mom to a four-year-old. Traci also talked about her past in the adult film industry, and her getting more comfortable with discussing that chapter in her life. Traci and James agreed that she should play a Marvel superhero, with James as her sidekick. Subscribe to “Daily Freak Show” on YouTube.
