Luis D. Ortiz
Luis D. Ortiz was born ready to conquer the world. Leaving his hometown of Guaynabo, Puerto Rico with his twin brother at the age of 16, he took his talents as a budding filmmaker and photographer to Miami, before moving to New York City 6 years ago. At the age of 21, he decided to apply his skills to the fast paced world of real estate, where he could be the director of his own life. His passion and ability to make anyone smile got him through the door and he hasn’t left since. Working at one of the top real estate brokerage firms, Douglas Elliman, he is quickly becoming a household name in the real estate world at just 26 years old. Because of his unique strategies and infectious personality, his hard work and relentless pursuits lead him to his dream job. As Luis often says, “If you believe, you can achieve.”
Originally from Stockholm, Sweden, Fredrik Eklund moved to New York City 11 years ago with a background in finance and a hunger to build an empire. Combining his love of numbers and people, he decided real estate was where he belonged. His drive and quirky personality quickly set him apart from the rest, and recently earned him and his team the title of “Number One Real Estate Team in NYC.” Including international sales at his successful real estate brokerage in Scandinavia, Fredrik has over 2 billion dollars (and rising!) in residential sales over the past 11 years. Sam, who has always been on the fast track, graduated early from Florida Atlantic University at only 20 and earned her MBA from Nova Southeastern by the age of 22. At the age of 25, she took on another position as adjunct professor and created a college course for Florida International University in their school of hospitality.
Along with Sam’s passion for business, comes her passion for all things sweets, which led to her creation of her personal gifts for clients; SamJams and SammyCakes.

Chad Carroll is a Miami real estate “Power Broker” in every sense of the phrase.
