The series features Madison Hildebrand, one of Malibu’s top-producing realtors; Josh Flagg, an LA native with deep ties to the city and record breaking sales; and introducing Josh Altman, one of the top three Realtors in Beverly Hills age 30-and-under with more than 38 Million is sales this year.

With the economy still in a slump, Madison, Josh Altman, and Josh Flagg must fight for their share of the multi-million dollar LA real estate market. Madison encounters the most demanding clients of his career, and tempers flare when he faces the prospect of losing his assistant, Heather, to a rival. And after his first gay relationship comes to an end, Madison slowly begins to put himself out into the dating scene. With guidance from his Grandma Edith, Josh Flagg comes up with new outrageous tricks to attract buyers. He also decides that at 24, it’s time to write his life story and reveal a surprising secret. Meanwhile, Josh Altman lands some high-rolling clients and closes one of the biggest deals of the year in all of Beverly Hills. When he starts dating Madison’s assistant Heather, tensions rise and ultimately come to a head between him and Madison. Season four sees our young turks pushed to the limit as they struggle to manage their personal lives while trying to move the most magnificent properties on the market in L.A.
