Although inventory is low, the resurgence of their high end clients have the guys buying and selling sprawling multi-million dollar estates from the high-priced peaks of Malibu to the most exorbitant pads on the Sunset Strip. Wanting a bigger slice of the pie, they quickly come to realize there is not enough room for all three of them in Los Angeles.
Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles follows the lives of three of Los Angeles’ hot, young and aggressive high-end realtors as they sell multi-million dollar properties in LA’s most exclusive neighborhoods — Hollywood, Malibu and Beverly Hills. The series features Madison Hildebrand, one of Malibu’s top-producing realtors; Josh Flagg, an LA native with deep ties to the city and record breaking sales; and introducing Josh Altman, one of the top three Realtors in Beverly Hills age 30-and-under with more than 38 Million is sales this year.

Meanwhile, Josh Altman lands some high-rolling clients and closes one of the biggest deals of the year in all of Beverly Hills. When he starts dating Madison’s assistant Heather, tensions rise and ultimately come to a head between him and Madison. Season four sees our young turks pushed to the limit as they struggle to manage their personal lives while trying to move the most magnificent properties on the market in L.A.
