Imagine how you’d feel if someone gave you a house. For free – no rent, no mortgage to pay. Some lucky house hunters will win themselves a dream home after successfully taking on the role of a professional property valuer in Britain’s only bricks & mortar gameshow.. HOT PROPERTY is presented by Alice Beer, the former That’s Life secretary who went on to make a name for herself with BBC1′s Watchdog series as co-presenter with ‘Queen of Mean’ Anne Robinson. Alice will be touring three homes with a team of experts pointing out negative and positive points to the properties. The first-time buyer contestants will then pick their favourite and use their skill and judgement to guess the selling price. If their estimate is correct, then their house hunting problems will be over, as they’ll win the property on offer. The series features expert opinion on the properties from estate agents James Goff and Joanna Haydon-Knowell. The six-part series starts on Monday 5th November at 8.30pm on the UK’s Channel 5 network. It features homes in Glasgow, Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester, Essex and Newcastle.
