Hammer and Motorcycle: Death-Wish Speed on a Russian Highway

Stephen Saban

A Russian man affixed a camera to his Yamaha R1 and drove it at a thrillingly insane speed for 25 miles on a Moscow freeway. It’s like watching an arcade game in which no one dies. Says autoblog of this six-and-a-half-minute clip, “Combine a rider with a need for death speed, a 25-mile commute through Russian traffic, and a powerful two-wheeled samurai sword and you get a video showing the ‘quick’ way to work.” (t/y Phil)

My dear, if that was said without irony, I thank you. The pic was meant to be a fresh start for the new year. In lieu of making any resolutions.

This guy is, what we call in America, an idiot! Usually there’s a word that starts with an F in front of that.
