While Fenton was touring Asia, he happened upon an exhibit at the National Palace Museum that blew his mind – The Art of Wrapping in the Joseon Dynasty. Software will disrupt most traditional industries in the US in the future. Think about it Uber is the biggest taxi service in the world, yet they don’t own any taxis. Also, Airbnb is the biggest hotel company in the world without any hotels. That’s just ONE prediction. Listen in for the rest.
3) Beach Read: The Future Won’t Be Long
What if someone wrote a book of fiction, and you were one of the characters? That’s exactly what happened to James St. James in this euphoric, provocative novel about friendship, sex, art, clubbing, and ambition set in 1980s and ’90s New York City, from Jarret Kobek the author of I Hate the Internet. Pre-order The Future Won’t Be Long on Amazon.
2) Tokyo’s Art Aquarium Makes a Splash
Fenton checked out Art Aquarium while he was in Tokyo which is an art exhibit featuring thousands of goldfish in different bowls of varying sizes, lights, and music. A feast for the eyes!
