A 20-year-old woman, Analicia Perry, lighting candles at a sidewalk shrine in Boston at the spot where her brother was killed four years ago to the day, was shot dead. Now they’re lighting candles at the same shrine for her. Perry’s brother, Robert, was 26 when he was shot on July 22, 2002, on the sidewalk next to his apartment complex.
