Million Dollar Listing: It's Malibu, Beach
Already we're hearing that people are trying to find this Malibu Beach magazine after it was featured on last night's episode of World of Wonder's real(ity) estate series, Million Dollar Listing, the one in which Josh and Chad fought. The best we can do is show you the cover here and the interview after the jump.

Hot Market: Million Dollar Listing
Chad Rogers, one of the three young real estate agents on the second season of World of Wonder's hit Million Dollar Listing series on Bravo, is always getting the publicity because of his awesome hairdo and amusing anal-retentiveness. But this week it was Josh Flagg who got the business from Joel McHale on The Soup, and Madison Hildebrand whose picture accompanies the show's No 6 position on Entertainment Weekly's Must List. If you're reading this off your cellphone screen, we'll tell you what it says: "MILLION DOLLAR LISTING on Bravo Fab LA cribs + self-involved, sexually ambiguous, granny-worshipping agents = a real estate voyeur's dream." The series airs another episode tonight at 10PM on...Bravo.

Million Dollar Listing's Chad "Hollywood Bowl" Rogers
Dlisted's Michael K posted Million Dollar Listing's Chad Rogers as his Hot Slut of the Day today and, truly, there's no greater honor in the blogosphere. We think it's because of his bowl-cut hairdo. Rogers might be ace at selling multimillion-dollar houses in posh LA 'hoods, but his prime real estate is atop his head. Watch him get it cut here, and watch Rogers and fellow agents, Madison Hildebrand and Josh Flagg on World of Wonder's Million Dollar Listing series tonight at 10 on Bravo.

Million Dollar Listing Tonight
The young real estate agents of Million Dollar Listing are a wonder to behold. On tonight's episode, there are the usual walk-throughs with prospective buyers of luxury Los Angeles houses, but there's also the sequence when Chad Rogers (the one with the hair) invites his girlfriend Victoria to Palm Springs to ask her an important question – and it's not "What's your offer?" Episode 3 of MDL airs tonight at 10 on Bravo.

Million Dollar Ratings

Tuesday night was good news for Oxygen, Bravo, and World of Wonder. Tori Spelling giving birth to little Stella gave birth to Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood being the most-watched, highest-rated show ever on Oxygen, with all kinds of demographical record-breakers for the network. Then along came the second-season premiere of Bravo's Million Dollar Listing, which scored a series high across all key demos, with 510,000 adults 18-49 and 753,000 total viewers tuning in to see Los Angeles' hottest brokers – for an hourlong show at 11PM, no less! So, yes, it's kudos all round here at WOW.

Listings Boy on Hollywood's List
The LA Times reports on a party being thrown for Million Dollar Listing's pretty-boy real estate agent Madison Hildebrand at the $6,995,000 Malibu listing once owned by Nick Nolte.
The bash of the hour is purportedly to honor agent Madison Hildebrand of Coldwell Banker Malibu East. Hildebrand, one of the three "Million Dollar Listings" stars, is having a banner week: In addition to the launch of the second season of the Bravo series premiering [tonight], he also is gracing the cover of Playgirl magazine and his book, "Activate Your Passion, Create Your Career," has hit the bookshelves. ... The invitation promises all the Hollywood party trappings: "Valet of the Dolls, beautiful bartenders, DJ Manu Gil from Brazil, alcohol sponsors, Ice Luge outside, and Cirque de Soleil type creatures roaming the party." The 150+ invitees are high-end Malibu clients, Hollywood agents and managers, public relations folks and their celebrity clients, magazines, anyone with bucks and the people who serve them -- pilates instructors, restaurateurs, the owner of Blue Star Jets, and of course, a fair number of real estate agents.
Season two of Million Dollar Listing premieres tonight at 11PM on Bravo.

Million Dollar Listing: Real(ity) Estate
You'd think a sagging real estate market would put a damper on a show about young hotshot LA agents. Instead, an extra dramatic layer forms when asking prices are hard to secure and pretty-boy agents look like they're about to cry. A-

Mad Man

Madison Hildebrand, rookie star last season of Bravo's real(ity) estate series Million Dollar Listing returns for another season (premiering August 5) a bit more seasoned. In fact, he's in quite a few more houses now thanks to his panties-only spread in Playgirl magazine. After Elton asked him about that.

Hot Listing

Malibu's famous Kashan Castle (above) was destroyed yesterday by the raging fire that's currently burning down all of Southern California, acre by acre. The $17 million castle, which was said to be in escrow with the final walk-through scheduled for Wednesday, was one of the listings of real estate agent Scotty Brown (also above), a breakout star of the first season of WOW's Million Dollar Listing series on Bravo. His commission went up in flames with the castle. Hopefully, there will be enough real estate left in Hollywood when Million Dollar Listing 2 airs early next year. (Ayyyy!)

Million Dollar Michael
Since Michael Jackson abandoned it in the summer of 2005, his Neverland Ranch – house, amusement park, zoo – has been lying in sad disrepair. Jackson has no money and no intention of ever returning to the estate, so he figures he might as well sell it for $50 million. And it turns out he's been negotiating with the Bravo network to put the house in the hands of the realtors on Million Dollar Listing, the successful World of Wonder reality show about to start on its second season. It was inevitable. All the biggest stars eventually turn to WOW for help. (Nat'l Enq)
"Michael needs cash - and fast," a source told The ENQUIRER. "By making the show the exclusive agent for the Neverland sale, he can get some up-front money real quick. "The show will have exclusive access to Neverland and can do numerous segments about selling one of the most famous residences in the world. Michael is in a bad way. He is running out of funds and appears distraught. He showed up at a meeting last week with his pants inside out! He's a mess."

Million Dollar Posting: Final Episode Alert
"Well, it wasn't an easy show to produce," says Million Dollar Listing's beautiful producer, Michaline Babich, as the final episode of the popular series draws near (it's tonight, in fact, at 9PM on Bravo). "I need botox," she says. "I'm wearing the series between my brows – hint hint, Randy and Fenton – like a wrap gift. Our lead editor, Mike Rysavy had to run off to Vegas midway through production to blow off steam. Unfortunately, he came back with crabs and the editing room got a bit crowded. Afsheen Family, who started off as a logger, was the last one standing and ended up field-producing the last three months of shooting. If you need someone in a foxhole, pick Afsheen; when the apocalypse comes it will be him and the chickens left standing. After a year of working on the show we all feel like experts in real estate and might just start our own firm."

Another Million Dollar Posting
While en route to Malibu to shoot a segment for tonight's episode of Million Dollar Listing (Bravo, 9PM), my phone buzzed with a text message from our pal Downtown Scotty Brown: "Can't make it today. Flying to Chicago with John Cusack in a private jet to see the White Sox play in the World Series from Michael Jordan's suite." Sounds pretty plausible, right? Of course, when I returned to the WOW office nobody believed the excuse, so Scotty sent a blurry cameraphone shot he stealthily snapped during the game. The original has long since disappeared into our email server, but thanks to the multitalented Steven Corfe we have the dramatic recreation above.

Addressed to Kill
I am a broker-agent, working in San Francisco, and have made Million Dollar Listing a part of my listing presentation package. Your show really captures my market. I'm not in Southern California, but I have the same type of clients you feature. I love the fact that you show the unvarnished truth of the business I am in! Keep up the good work!

Tonight, on Million Dollar Listing, Ray and Dia Schuldenfrei (right) meet a divorcée who wants to sell her half-renovated house in the Hollywood Hills. Meanwhile, in Malibu, Condo Queen Lydia Simon tries to sell a multimillion dollar beach-front condo while simultaneously planning her wedding. What's the condo's best feature? It's right next to Charlie Sheen... or maybe Martin Sheen. Nobody's sure which, but it doesn't really matter, now does it? Tune in to Bravo at 9PM.

Million Dollar Man
Last night a gaggle of WOWers made the trek to Malibu to attend the Million Dollar Listing premiere party, hosted by star of the show Scotty Brown. The real estate agent had assembled quite a crowd at the Malibu Inn, and before episode one aired he treated us to a DVD of his show highlights from the entire season. How'd you get your hands on that, Scotty? "I know people in high places." Bravo gave it to you? "No, NBC. I know people at the top." I suppose we shouldn't have been too surprised – the man is a master wheeler-dealer after all. The show started, the crowd cheered when Scotty came on the screen, and there were slaps on the back all round. A million dollar evening.

House Humping
Last week on KIIS-FM, Ryan Seacrest talked about the lastest West Coast real estate craze. He called it House Humping. HH is when hot couples go to open houses, and sneak off into a secluded room and have sex! It's all the rage! Really? If so, I thought I should reach out to some of the star agents from WOW's upcoming BRAVO series Million Dollar Listing to find out more.
Malibu newbie Madison Hildebrand: "Ohhhh, the OH (Open House) club! No, I am not a member, nor have I ever walked in on any members!"
Hollywood vet Ray Schuldenfrei: "I once caught a couple, but they hadn't taken their clothes off yet. If they had, I would have stood in the doorway and panted!"
Scotty Brown: "I wish I were single, 'cause I have the keys to many mansions!"
A different agent told me off the record that there is a very famous young couple notorious for slipping into the laundry room for a quick wash and dry.

Estate of the Art
House-hunting can be hell when you're in the process of. But it can be heaven as an adventure unfolding on TV. Especially if that adventure is brought to you by the same people who brought you Bravo's Showbiz Moms & Dads and Showdog Moms & Dads. In June, Bravo will begin airing WOW's Million Dollar Listing, a series of six shows looking at the often cutthroat, always fascinating state of real estate in Southern California, where property rules. The episodes follow agents from high-powered companies in Hollywood and Malibu as they bicker and broker with sellers and buyers. Each hourlong episode presents a listing's progress from walk-through to close. What we're saying is: Million Dollar Listing puts the "real" in real estate.
