The GOP Is Guaranteed 5,000 to 10,000 Votes

MSNBC says that 5,000 to 10,000 subscribers canceled their subscriptions to Us Weekly after the tab published its "Babies, Lies & Scandal" hatchet-job cover story on Sarah Palin, although the magazine says the cancelation number is closer to 1,000. Us publisher Jann Wenner is an active supporter of Obama and has endorsed the Dem in Rolling Stone. An editor at another magazine told MSNBC that the mistake Us made was in "thinking everyone who reads Us is a Democrat, when they're not." (Page Six)
