This photograph of Jacqueline and John F Kennedy campaigning in Manhattan in 1960 was taken by photojournalist Cornell Capa. Capa, who founded the International Center of Photography in New York and dedicated himself to preserving the legacy of his older brother, war photographer Robert Capa, died yesterday of Parkinson's disease at his home in New York.
