Of Interest: Fleshed-Out Edition

Creepy '90s boy-band creator, Lou Pearlman, the architect behind the Backstreet Boys and 'N Sync (who looks like he might have got himself in sync with a few boys' backstreets, wink wink), is scheduled to be sentenced today in a Florida court after pleading guilty to two counts of conspiracy, money laundering, and using false statements in a bankruptcy proceeding. He faces the possibility of 25 years in prison and $1 million in fines. We hope someone in Hollywood is taking notes, because we see his story being turned into an R-rated musical starring creepy actor Philip Seymour Hoffman. (AP)
