Dylan McDermott: Learning on the Job

Party Monster star Dylan McDermott has filed for divorce from his wife of 13 years, Shiva Rose, citing the old standby, irreconcilable differences, and is seeking joint custody of their two girls, ages 12 and two. Interesting note in the case is that McDermott, who argued cases for eight years on the hit drama The Practice, apparently learned a few things from the scripts and will be his own lawyer in his divorce.
